To receive your rebate check by mail:

• To receive an $8 rebate check, send the original register receipt showing proof of oil change using any Mobil 1 or Mobil Delvac 1 product.
• To receive a $4 rebate check, send the original register receipt showing proof of oil change using Mobil Super, Mobil Super Synthetic, Mobil Super High Mileage, Mobil Clean 5000, Mobil Clean 7500, Mobil Clean High Mileage, Mobil Delvac 1300 Super or Mobil Delvac Elite product.

• Hand-print your full name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime telephone (area code included), email address (optional) and gender (optional) on the official offer form (available at participating locations).
• Mail original receipt and the completed offer form in an envelope (one request per envelope) with proper first-class postage affixed to:

Offer conditions: Offer valid in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia excluding Rhode Island and where prohibited, restricted or taxed. All requests must be postmarked by Dec. 31, 2011, and received by Jan. 6, 2012. Original oil change must be purchased between Aug. 1, 2011, and Nov. 30, 2011. Limit two (2) offers per household; each offer must be mailed separately. Allow approximately six to eight weeks for delivery of your rebate check following receipt and verification of all required documentation. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. Original oil change must be with Mobil 1, Mobil Super, Mobil Super Synthetic, Mobil Super High Mileage, Mobil Delvac 1, Mobil Clean High Mileage, Mobil Clean 5000, Mobil Clean 7500, Mobil Delvac 1300 Super or Mobil Delvac Elite product to be eligible to receive a rebate check, and receipt must specify type of oil used. Redemption submissions must clearly identify the qualifying Mobil-branded products circled on the receipt to be accepted. Offer valid only to individual consumers; requests from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon or discount. Incomplete, damaged, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, and/or altered or forged receipts of any kind not obtained through authorized channels will not be accepted. Invalid or duplicate requests will not be honored or returned. To accept the rebate, a rebate check must be cashed or deposited within ninety (90) days of the issue date. Return of any rebate check as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the offer. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these offer terms and the decisions of Exxon Mobil Corporation (“ExxonMobil”), which are final and binding. ExxonMobil (sponsor); McCann Erickson SLC; and their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, damaged, incomplete, misaddressed, misdirected, inaccurate or postage-due mail, receipts or offer forms, or for any errors of any kind relating to this offer. All requests become the property of ExxonMobil and are nonreturnable. ExxonMobil has no obligation to acknowledge, redeem or return redemption requests not in compliance with these terms. The U.S. Postal Service statutes prohibit acts devised to defraud or to obtain money or property by false or fraudulent means if the postal system is involved. This would include, among other things, the use of fictitious names or addresses. The promotional offers extended to consumers require that the purchase be made by the person receiving the offer. This offer may not be published in any magazine or elsewhere without ExxonMobil’s written permission.
